Few Roma players will remain at Trigoria for these three weeks, given their various international commitments.
Among them, for example, Balerdi, Soulé, and Castro will be playing for Argentina: Scaloni has decided to reward them after their strong start to the season.
Molina and Dybala, however, have not been called up, allowing them to remain in the capital to best prepare for their return to action on Sunday, October 11th at 12:30 PM against Fabregas’ Como.
The two Argentine players, however, could still return to their homeland for a special event. October 6th will see Lionel Messi play his final match for the Argentina national team.
Molina and Dybala have been invited by the Seleccion, but Roma has yet to give the green light.
The Argentine’s match is scheduled five days before the crucial trip to Como, and those in Trigoria would like to avoid the risk of not having two of the squad’s key players at full strength. A final decision is expected in the coming days.
