Il Tempo have reported that both Bruno Peres and Gregoire Defrel are unlikely to take part in Tuesday’s Champions League showdown at the Stadio Olimpico versus Chelsea.
Defrel suffered a slight ankle sprain early in the match against Bologna, while Peres irritated a muscle in his right thigh, marking the 15th muscle injury for Roma since the start of the season. Meanwhile, Emerson Palmieri will travel to Hamburg in the coming days for a final evaluation of his repaired ACL before joining his teammates in full training.
