UEFA’s investigation into reported racist behavior on behalf of Roma supporters towards Antonio Rüdiger during Chelsea-Roma has been closed as the governing body has officially ruled: “The fact (of racist behavior) does not exist”.
Roma were facing heavy potential fines and risked even playing a match behind closed doors in the event they were found guilty.
