With Roma’s last Conference League game in sight before the second international break, Mourinho is looking to rotate the squad following the loss in Derby della Capitale.
Earlier today, Roma resumed training ahead of their trip to the Ukraine where they will meet Zorya Luhansk on Thursday night.
A few players completed individual training instead, including the two full-backs Rick Karsdorp and Matias Viña as well as Jordan Veretout and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
It remains to be seen whether Mourinho will decide to rest them for the match against Zorya. The Portuguese technician will address the media later today along with back-up striker Eldor Shomurodov.
