Left back Riccardo Calafiori doesn’t think things will be easy for Roma this evening as they face-off against Bodø/Glimt in Norway for their Conference League clash.
The Giallorossi currently sit atop Group C with six points in their first two matches. However, Bodø/Glimt have the chance to overtake them with a victory this evening at the Aspmyra Stadion, where the temperature is currently 3°C.
“The weather plus the synthetic pitch make this match much more difficult,” began the Italian during a pre-match interview with Sky Sport.
“However, our goal is to win. We’ll try and take all three points. It’s always nice to be able to play in a European match, it helps you improve. But I’m also doing my best to be prepared for our league fixtures, too.”
Finally, “It’s true that we have a stretch of important league games coming up. We want to capture as many points as possible.”
