Leonardo Spinazzola’s recovery from a ruptured Achilles tendon is nearing its final stages.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, the Italian full-back is finally able to see the light at the end of the tunnel as the player continues to undergo individual training.
Spinazzola is scheduled to meet with his surgeon, Dr. Lasse Lempainen, at the end of the month.
This consultation will reportedly serve to intensify the workload on the training pitch and will ultimately give Spinazzola the green light to return to group training.
Roma hope to have him available and match-ready by the start of February.
