Roma have announced the departure of Riccardo Calafiori on loan to Genoa until June 2022. The club made the following announcement on their official channels:
The club can confirm that defender Riccardo Calafiori has completed a loan move to Serie A side Genoa.
The full-back joins on a short-term deal until 30 June 2022.
Calafiori, 19, has made 18 first-team appearances for the Giallorossi to date – scoring one goal, against Swiss side Young Boys in last season’s UEFA Europa League.
