German midfielder Florian Neuhaus of Borussia Mönchengladbach is the latest name linked with a potential move in the summer to the Italian capital, according to Tuttomercatoweb.
The sports outlet reports that the 25-year-old is among the profiles for the midfield that Roma are considering for the upcoming transfer window.
Both Mourinho and General Manager Tiago Pinto appreciate Neuhaus’ versatility in the middle of the pitch. Neuhas has 4 goals and 2 assists to his name in 21 league appearances so far this season.
The player himself is reportedly open to a change of scenery having joined Gladbach in 2017, and his destination may as well be Serie A.
Given the likely departure of Jordan Veretout in June, Neuhaus could represent a potential replacement to the Frenchman.
