Roma midfielder Bryan Cristante sounded very happy about the team’s performance earlier today at the Marassi.
The Italian international congratulated himself with his teammates during an interview with the club’s official channels. “We were great tonight, it wasn’t easy.”
“Sampdoria are a very good team, well organized,” he said. “And coming back from international duty, after two weeks of not playing wasn’t easy.”
He concluded, “It was a great game under all aspects. The focus was there, our play style was there and we didn’t make too many mistakes.”
“There’s only seven games left and we must play them all like today. We must fight until the very end.”
