After weeks of transfer speculation, Claudio Vigorelli, the agent of Nicolò Zaniolo, has called for an end to speculation surrounding his client’s club future.
The 22 year-old has been heavily linked with a summer exit after being left on the bench in Roma’s 3-0 victory against Lazio last month.
“I need to clarify the situation regarding Nicolò because I’ve read things in the media that were said by people who don’t represent him,” Vigorelli told LaRoma24.
“His ‘entourage’ is made up of his family and primarily myself. I manage the sporting and transfer market sphere surrounding him. So no other statements should be taken into consideration.”
He added, “The lad just needs to be left alone, enough with the rumors and speculation about his future. Every week we seem to be reading about a new club.”
“He’s focused solely on Roma and wants to give his all to help the club reach their objectives for the season.”
