However, recent reports claimed that Roma wish to continue relying on the Uzbekistan striker as a back-up option in the attack.
Roma’s investment in the 26-year-old of around €20 million in the summer of 2021 prevents the club from off-loading the player in this current transfer window.
Nonetheless, Fiorentina have recently approached the Giallorossi, asking for information regarding Shomurodov, reports Il Messaggero.
