Sources from Spain claim that the transfer of Carles Pérez to Celta Vigo is now complete after weeks of negotiations.
According to Relevo, Roma and Celta Vigo have reached an agreement for the 24-year-old’s transfer on the basis of a loan with option to buy.
The two clubs finalised the remaining details of the operation over the course of the past few days..
The former Barça man is expected to travel to Spain later tonight.
