Nicolo Zaniolo is looking to bounce back from injury sooner than expected as the Roma attacker has been nursing a dislocated shoulder for the past two weeks.
The 23-year-old could return to group training in the next few days.
According to Leggo, Zaniolo might even take part in Roma’s upcoming Serie A fixture with Empoli. On that occasion, the youngster would likely start from the bench.
The objective is to have Zaniolo at Mourinho’s full disposal for the big match against Atalanta on September 18th.
