Rick Karsdorp’s future at the capital club remains uncertain with several rumours linking with an exit from Roma in the upcoming January transfer a result of the dispute with Jose Mourinho in the aftermath of Sassuolo-Roma.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Karsdorp has returned to Italy after a few weeks in Amsterdam.
The player met with his agent and is expected to meet with Roma next week, once Mourinho and his men return from Japan.
Discussions will revolve around the Dutchman’s future as the ex-Feyenoord man felt betrayed by Jose Mourinho’s words, accusing him of “unprofessional” attitude.
