Lorenzo Pellegrini’s status for the upcoming league fixture against Fiorentina remains questionable.
The Roma captain picked up a slight injury in tonight’s cup tie with Genoa at Stadio Olimpico which could prevent him from featuring in the Giallorossi’s next match.
According to Sky Sport, Pellegrini felt a pull in his calf muscle and was therefore kept on the bench after the first half as Jose Mourinho refused to risk him any further.
The player will undergo further tests tomorrow to determine his condition.
