As Roma prepare for an upcoming weekend Serie A fixture with Spezia, General Manager Tiago Pinto travels to Milan – similarly to many other sporting directors in Italy – for Roma’s on-going transfer window.
According to Sportitalia, Pinto’s primary objective is to find a solution for Eldor Shomurodov as talks with Torino for the Uzbeki striker have stalled in recent weeks.
Moreover, the Portuguese director could choose to focus also on incoming transfers as hinted by Jose Mourinho in order to further strengthen the team’s roster for the remainder of the season.
This, however, will depend on how many outgoing transfers Pinto will be able to secure in the coming days.
