Nicolo Zaniolo’s decision to reject Bournemouth’s considerable offer which would have unlocked Roma’s transfer market has now caused a rupture in the rapport between the capital club and the 23-year-old attacker.
Tiago Pinto as well as other members of Roma’s management are reportedly furious with Zaniolo and his agent.
According to Sky Sport, Zaniolo turned down €5 million in wages from Bournemouth – a higher salary than the one he requested through a renewal with the Giallorossi.
As a result of this decision, Roma will now evaluate disciplinary measures against the player as they feel wronged by his decision-making.
