Following a day off spent in his hometown of La Spezia, Nicolo Zaniolo did not show up at Trigoria today.
The player was expected to be regularly present at Roma’s training center in order to complete individual training following his exclusion from team activities.
However, Corriere dello Sport reports that the 23-year-old decided to skip training without notifying Roma beforehand.
Tensions between club and player are at an all time high, with Roma still furious about his request to stop playing for the club.
