Roma target Houssem Aouar will not be joining the capital club after transfer rumors linked him with Jose Mourinho’s side before the transfer deadline.
Instead, the Frenchman has chosen to remain with Lyon until the end of his contract in order to become a free agent in the summer.
As reported by Sportmediaset, Aouar’s entourage have agreed to personal terms with Real Betis.
The midfielder will thus join the Spanish side managed by Manuel Pellegrini at the end of the season on a free transfer.
