Jose Mourinho was sent off in tonight’s loss to Cremonese and his unsatisfaction only grew as Roma gifted the team from Lombardy their first Serie A win of the season.
“I’m very, very unhappy tonight,” Mourinho told reporters after the final whistle. “I think we caused many of our own problems tonight.”
“It’s fair to give credit to Cremonese, but I prefer to say that we didn’t do well, in the first half the intensity was low, there was little organization and there was nothing we’d planned.”
“The whole team was off. For me it was us who didn’t play a good first half. In the second half it went better, but not enough to win it. All things considered I think a draw would have been the right result.”
