Jose Mourinho’s side of the story from the spat with fourth official Marco Serra in Cremonese-Roma seems to have been confirmed by the Federal Prosecutor’s Office.
As reported in today’s edition of Corriere dello Sport, the case will be closed later today with Serra most likely facing disqualification and suspension for an indefinite amount of time.
The referee was recorded telling Mourinho, “Everyone’s taking the piss out of you. Go home, go home.”
In the meantime, the Roma manager is hoping to have his suspension lifted by the FIGC for the Giallorossi’s upcoming Serie A fixture with Sassuolo.
