Roma midfielder Bryan Cristante was shown a red card by referee Davide Massa at the end of the Derby della Capitale.
Cristante got into a heated exchange with Lazio’s Marusic at full-time which resulted in both players getting sent off with a red card to their name.
As a result, Cristante will likely be suspended for Roma’s next league fixture after the international break.
