Roma boss Jose Mourinho dismissed rumours linking him with a move to Paris Saint-Germain.

In an interview with Sky Sport, Mourinho briefly previewed the encounter with Bayer Leverkusen and addressed PSG rumours.

“Bayer is one of the strongest in Europe on the counterattack, that’s quite clear,” he said.

“They are very dangerous at this stage of the game. They defend, wait for the opponent to lose the ball and then they are difficult to stop, because they have fast players. It’s a top team at this stage.”

“We have enough experience not to be too excited for being in the semifinals, not to be too fixated on the fact that it is the first game and that it is played at home.”

“If tomorrow we play a balanced game and achieve a balanced result, I’m happy.”

“It’s difficult at this moment to envision Dybala and Wijnaldum starting,” he said. “We’ll see if they can play tomorrow morning. We’ll do everything we can to fully recover them but we must prepare the match regardless of their availability.”

“PSG? If they looked for me they didn’t find me, they haven’t reached out to me.”
