Roma attacker Stephan El Shaarawy continues to impress this season after scoring in yesterday’s defeat with Fiorentina.
El Shaarawy’s contract with Roma is set to expire in the coming weeks, but the attacker’s priority is to remain at the club beyond this season.
According to calciomercato.com, El Shaarawy wants another long-term deal and is asking his entourage to speed up talks with Roma.
In the meantime, his former side, Milan, have made initial inquiries and are ready to make a formal advance in case Roma and El Shaarawy were to fail to reach an agreement.
