Stephan El Shaarawy will continue to be a Roma player despite interest from Italy and abroad.
As the expiry of his current contract approaches, El Shaarawy has already given his OK to Roma’s renewal proposal.
According to Italian journalist Francesco Balzani, El Shaarawy will sign his new deal with the Giallorossi in the coming days before going on vacation to Ibiza.
His stay was one of Mourinho’s main wishes as El Shaarawy gave the team a huge boost off the bench this season, scoring 9 goals and collecting 4 assists in all competitions.
