Tuttosport journalist Stefano Salandin broke the news of Jose Mourinho potentially renewing his contract with Roma.
In an interview with Retesport, Salandin confirmed the news of Mourinho penning a new deal with the Giallorossi until 2026.
“The ownership have decided to bond with the Special One for a long time and I became aware of this news following a series of phone calls with regards to Roma’s transfer window,” said Salandin.
“Mourinho will renew his contract with Roma until 2026, the announcement is expected shortly,” he added.
