Roma’s latest addition to their roster is Primavera midfielder Riccardo Pagano.
The 18-year-old was recently seen taking part in training drills with the first team despite still being a member of the Primavera.
According to Il Messaggero, Jose Mourinho is a big fan of his, having watched him play regularly on weekends with the Primavera squad.
Last season, Pagano scored 15 goals and collected 8 assists in 34 appearances for the Giallorossi youth team.
As a result of his rapid ascent, Pagano will be called up for Roma’s training camp in Portugal – along with teammate Niccolo Pisilli – and is expected to be involved in more first team fixtures this season.
