Roma midfielder Gonzalo Villar is rumoured to be nearing a return to Spain.
As reported by Spanish news portal Relevo, Villar has been approached by Granada who have contacted his agent and made Roma an initial proposal for a transfer involving the 24-year-old.
Granada are now negotiating a formula for the transfer that would suit Roma’s requirements and guarantee Villar’s move to become permanent as the Spaniard is only a year away from the expiry of his contract with the Giallorossi.
