In an absolutely stunning twist, Roma are, reportedly, closing in on the acquisition of Hellas Verona defender Marash Kumbulla.
Despite the words earlier today from a member of the defender’s entourage, who claimed there has been no contact with Roma, Sky Sport reports that the Giallorossi are nearing a deal for the player.
The Giallorossi are said to be closing in on the youngster for a loan deal with an obligation to buy set at €30 million.
Kumbulla had been previously engaged in talks with both Inter and Lazio, however, neither club opted to close the deal for the highly rated youngster.
