Tammy Abraham and Nicola Zalewski walked off the pitch against Atalanta with plenty of bumps and bruises. The young Polish international was forced off the field early in the second half due to an ankle sprain.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Zalewski and Abraham’s status remain questionable for Roma’s mid-week Conference League fixture vs Vitesse.

The former Primavera player is unlikely to travel with the team and will probably stay at Trigoria and undergo physiotherapy.

Abraham, on the other hand, received a heavy blow to the ankle but should be called up for Vitesse.

The club’s medical staff will assess both situations carefully and decide tomorrow.
