Karsdorp’s time in the Italian capital seems to have reached an end after seven years (including one season on loan at Feyenoord).
The Dutch fullback will depart the Eternal City at the first reasonable offer Roma will receive for him.
According to Italian journalist Matteo Moretto in a live stream with Fabrizio Romano, Karsdorp has caught the attention of AEK Athens.
The club that finished second last season, only two points behind PAOK, has shown interest in Karsdorp and could advance an offer in the coming days.
Karsdorp has already been excluded from Daniele De Rossi’s team and is unlikely to be involved in any activities during the early stages of preseason.
