The injury of Nicolò Zaniolo has forced Roma to rethink their transfer market strategy for January.
Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Roma has initiated contact for Inter winger Matteo Politano. Milan, Fiorentina, and Napoli are interested in Politano, who could be ready to return to Roma, whom he left in 2013. A move for Milan’s Suso is much more difficult — the Giallorossi are trying to find a replacement following Zaniolo’s ACL tear.
