Ag. Buchel: “We’re not disappointed, Diawara is returning in a week for Roma”.

Alessandro Luci, the agent of Marcel Buchel, spoke to Tuttomercatoweb after his client was on trial with the Giallorossi for the past week. Roma, however, ultimately opted against signing the former Empoli man.

“Diawara will be back next week, so Roma decided to stay as-is. In addition, Mancini has given an important response so the Giallorossi decided against bringing in an additional name,” he said.

“The idea came about after Roma suffered another injury. I suggested the idea to Petrachi and he was open to trying-out Marcel. There’s no disappointment, though. It was a good situation for Marcel to train and show where he was in his preparation. He’s doing well and is healthy. He wants a new adventure and can help various clubs”.
