Roma and Sassuolo are negotiating the terms for Davide Frattesi’s long-awaited return to the capital.
The player is strongly pushing for the move to take place, as Sassuolo continue to ask for a considerable transfer fee.
According to several reports the clubs are discussing potential counterparts to be inserted in the deal for the Italian midfielder.
Frattesi’s agent, Beppe Riso, released a brief statement to Sky Sport, confirming the on-going negotiations.
“The two clubs are discussing his transfer,” said Riso.
