Joao Santos, the agent of Napoli midfielder Jorginho, has issued statements to Radio Crc after his client has been strongly linked with a potential move to Roma:
“Massara, the sporting director of Roma, has never contacted me for Jorginho. We’ve known each other, though, for many years, but he never contacted me for Jorginho. With him, I always talking about football, but he did not ask me about Jorginho. I thought that Jorginho would start against Dynamo Kiev, I was wrong in my prediction. My client is always willing to play when Sarri needs him, he will be ready. I thought last night would be a perfect time for Jorginho to start.”
