Roberto Calenda, the agent of Roma defender Juan Jesus, was interviewed today by Tuttomercatoweb and discussed the future of the Brazilian, who is closing in on a move to Cagliari.
“As always, many clubs are interested in Juan and this makes us happy. But I repeat what I have always said: Juan Jesus is very happy at Roma, he loves wearing the shirt and he has a contract in place,” he said.
”He is a player who marries himself to a cause and gives all of his heart. There have been too many unfounded rumors regarding Juan yet the market hasn’t even opened”.
He continued, “There has never been any problem with Roma. The player has always honored and respected the club and has always responded on the pitch. And the club has always recognised his value and professionalism”.
