Giampiero Pocetta, the agent of Roma’s Lorenzo Pellegrini and Gregoire Defrel, spoke today to Sky Sport. These are his words:

If he wanted to leave, he would have done so already. The buyout clause was put in place because it allows you room when you no longer want to stay. The will of Pellegrini today is to stay in Rome, we are even talking about a renewal and adaptation of the contract with the club, even if, as for the clause, we have no urgency in defining certain things.
