Roma have been linked to Barcelona’s Rafinha in the last few days. Today, the father-agent of the midfielder, Mazinho, spoke to Galicia Sport about the future of his son. These are his words:
“Rafinha needs a club that guarantees him 30-40 matches per season. The manager has his ideas, but it is inexplicable that Rafa does not play because when he had the opportunity to do so consistently, he played three spectacular consecutive matches and he also did very well in the preseason, but this is football, we are in an excellent club, but it is clear that the goal is to play with continuity and, at the moment, this does not seem possible so we won’t dismiss anything, including leaving Catalonia in January: an ideal situation will be needed for all the parties involved”.
