Ag. Spinazzola: “Leonardo is happy to be at Roma.”

A week after celebrating Italy’s historic Euros win, Leonardo Spinazzola is back in Rome to rest before starting the rehabilitation process that will allow him, hopefully, to get back on the pitch in 6-7 months.

In the meantime his agent, Davide Lippi, spoke to Rai Sport and shared an update on his client.

“He’s learning to cope with this grave injury with the same euphoria and excitement he experienced when lifting the trophy along with the others. He’s happy in Rome, he is happy to be at Roma and now we’re all waiting for him, including Mourinho and the rest of the team.”

He added a predicted timeline for a potential return.

“Hopefully before the end of the year.”
