David Lippi – Spinazzola’s agent – was recently asked to comment on the full-back’s status and recovery as well his timeline of return to the starting eleven.
The agents released the following interview to TMW:
“Leonardo is a lion, he’s feeling well and has worked like crazy over these last 3-4 months.”
“Now we must not hurry, we must manage the situation correctly.”
Lippi added, “His enthusiasm is overwhelming, if it depended on him he would play tomorrow.”
“But, actually it will still take some time, it can be a month or a month and a half. Let’s see, there will be another medical consultation within a month, but the recovery is going well.”
