Ag. Veretout: “A move to Napoli? It’s false. He’s fine in Rome”.

The future of Jordan Veretout has been discussed heavily over recent days.

The Frenchman has been linked with a potential summer move to Napoli but Mario Giuffredi, the agent of the midfielder, spoke to calcionapoli24.it and strongly denied this rumor.

”I never spoke to SportMediaset (about Jordan) and I’m baffled by this fake news,” he said.

“I recently said that Veretout is fine in Rome and wants to stay there. It’s such a shame that falsehoods like this get published, it’s a lack of professionalism”.

Veretout joined the Giallorossi last summer on loan with an obligation to buy and quickly established himself as a first choice in Paulo Fonseca’s 4-2-3-1 set-up.
