Mario Giuffredi, the agent of Roma’s Jordan Veretout, spoke to Radio Marte today and admitted that Napoli were interested in acquiring his client in January.
“I know that De Laurentiis asked about Veretout as early as January, however, the timing wasn’t right. Though, I can’t rule that he could join Napoli in the summer,” he said.
“There will be many negotiations next summer – especially because Roma will have new ownership”.
