Ag. Veretout: “Jordan wants to remain at Roma”.

Mario Giuffredi, the agent of Roma midfielder Jordan Veretout, spoke today to and reiterated that his client intends on staying with the Giallorossi despite having drawn interest from other clubs throughout Italy, including Napoli.

“Napoli on Veretout? Ask Giuntoli and De Laurentiis, he (Veretout) wants to stay in Rome: he’s a serious guy, we’re not used to signing a contract then leaving after just one year,” said Giuffredi.

“Naturally, all judgments will be made at the end of the season, however, the will is to remain with the Giallorossi”.

The Frenchman has been one of the most important players in Paulo Fonseca’s set-up after having joined the club from Fiorentina last summer.
