Al Hilal are preparing to part ways with fullback Saud Abdulhamid who is rumored to be on the move to Roma.

One of the main objectives of the Italian capital club is the purchase of a new right back, a priority for Daniele De Rossi.

Among the options evaluated by the Giallorossi management, the name of Saud Abdulhamid, currently playing for Al-Hilal, stands out.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the negotiation to bring Abdulhamid to Roma would be closely linked to the future of Joao Cancelo.

Al-Hilal has in fact presented an offer for the Portuguese full-back, who currently plays for Manchester City.

If the operation were to be successful, freeing Cancelo for the Saudi club, the possibility would open up for Abdulhamid to move to Italy and join Roma.

Negotiations between Al-Hilal and Manchester City for Cancelo are ongoing, and the player’s future could also unlock the Abdulhamid-Roma deal.
