All signs point to this being Alberto De Rossi’s last weeks as head coach of Roma’s Primavera whose tenure has lasted almost 20 years and whose work for the club dates back to 1994.

De Rossi has led the Primavera to a grand total of seven trophies including three league titles.

According to Il Messaggero, Roma are already looking for a suitable replacement for De Rossi.

The Italian newspaper reports that ex-Giallorossi midfielder Alberto Aquilani is currently on top of the list of potential candidates for the job.

Aquilani’s work at Fiorentina is reportedly winding to an end and his good relationship with Roma might help facilitate negotiations.
