After two unsuccessful loan spells in Spain and France – with Valencia and PSG respectively – Alessandro Florenzi has found a home away from the Italian capital.
The 31-year-old is ready to become a long-term Milan player, as the fullback insisted on making his switch to the Rossoneri a permanent one ever since Stefano Pioli began using him a valuable back-up option to Davide Calabria.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, the deal between Roma and Milan for Florenzi is almost complete.
The Italian international will join Milan for a fee of around €3 million.
