Alessandro Lucci, the agent of Dzeko and Florenzi, to meet with Roma next week

It remains to be seen what the future holds for Roma’s Edin Dzeko and Alessandro Florenzi.

The duo have long been linked with a summer exit from Roma after problems with outgoing manager Paulo Fonseca. The Bosnian fell out with the Portuguese technician in January and was stripped of the captaincy. Florenzi, meanwhile, didn’t feature into Fonseca’s plans and opted to spend the season on loan at PSG.

But with Fonseca on his way out and José Mourinho set to takeover, the situation seems to have changed.

In fact, Corriere dello Sport reports a meeting is scheduled for next week between Roma executive Tiago Pinto and agent Alessandro Lucci, who represents both players.

Mourinho appears willing to give both players a new lease on life in the Italian capital. However, it remains to be seen if the pair are keen to stay. Furthermore, the Giallorossi must wait to see if PSG will exercise their option to buy on Florenzi.
