Alessio Riccardi to rescind Roma contract, join Latina in Serie C

Alessio Riccardi is ready to part ways with his boyhood club after his senior career failed to take off in-between brief appearances with Roma and an unsuccessful loan spell at Pescara in 2020.

The former Primavera captain is edging closer to Serie C club Latina.

According to La Casa di C, Riccardi has agreed to a contract resolution with the Giallorossi and is expected to rescind his contract later today.

With only two days remaining until the transfer deadline, Riccardi has agreed to lower his wages and restart his career in the lower division in Italy, rejecting other approaches including SPAL in Serie B and Juventus U23.
