Good news for Roma as Alexis Saelemaekers appears to be making considerable progress in his recovery.
The Belgian winger has been out for over two months with a fractured ankle which he suffered on matchday four this season.
After only making two appearances for Roma, Saelemaekers went down and was expected to remain out until the end of this month.
The prognosis may be correct as Saelemaekers was seen training with the ball for the first time today, as evidenced by his own video on Instagram.
Roma’s hope is to have him back with the squad within the next two-three weeks.
