The assembly of the Lega Serie A ended within the hour and it has been revealed that all 20 Italian clubs have voted in favor of completing the 2019/2020 season.
During the summit the unanimous desire to finish the season was reaffirmed despite the COVID-19 emergency and the skepticism of the government and scientific experts, reports Sky Sport.
A potential calendar remains to be seen but certainly now the season will not begin again until mid-June.
With all 20 clubs confirming their desire, any hope of the season being cancelled now falls into the hands of the government and Minister of Sport, Vincenzo Spadafora.
